Dr. Taj Muhammad Chaudhary was born on 10th Oct 1956 at Sahiwal. He received his education up to intermediate at Sahiwal. He was admitted in Nishtar Medical College Multan and graduated in 1984. He completed his house job from May 1984 to July 1986 in the subjects of Neurosurgery and Anesthesiology at Lahore General Hospital Lahore. Later on, he chose anesthesiology as his future career and got enrolled in postgraduate training for MCPS (Anesthesiology) and DA. As government servant he served through out at Govt. Lady Willington Hospital, Lahore, Pakistan. This hospital is predominantly meant for women, especially maternity related cases. There he acquired vast experience in gynecological & obstetrical anesthesia. He had the pride to have worked with Professor Sajid Usman Kaul as assistant in his private practice. After retirement in 2016 he joined Gulab Devi Hospital Lahore as senior anesthesiologist. At this hospital he won laurels from all corners and became a very popular and the most sought after doctor. He died on 20th April 2021 while fighting a massive MI.
He will be remembered as a polite, honest, dutiful and extremely hard-working doctor. May Allah bless his soul! Ameen.
